<\/strong><\/p>\n

This course covers the very basics of the water and wastewater industry and has been specifically developed to provide new operators, trainees and any public works staff who are interested in learning about the water\/wastewater industry with a basic knowledge of the water\/wastewater field. It\u2019s a self-paced online course, and should take between 1-6 months to complete depending on work schedules, but can also be completed in as little as 1 week if schedule permits. There will be a final exam (proctored by the CRTP) that would require a 70% passing mark in order to receive the course certificate and the associated CEU\u2019s (submitted to AEP and pending approval). NOTE: This is NOT a certification preparation course but rather an \u201cintroduction\u201d into water and wastewater field with a high focus on workplace safety! <\/strong><\/p>\n

Fire Prevention and Safety<\/span><\/h4>\n

Public awareness about fire safety is one of the first lines of defense in fire prevention. Fire prevention starts at home. To lower a community\u2019s risk of fire, TSAG offers school presentations, community information sessions, and online learning opportunities for youth and community members. TSAG currently offers 13 lessons on Fire Safety & Prevention.<\/p>\n
